Santa Barbara International Film Festival Rolls from January 31st

29th SBIFFSanta Barbara also renowned as American Riviera will witness several Oscar nominees and other eminent personalities coming under one roof as the 29th Annual Santa Barbara International Film Festival is all set to begin from January 31st 2014, and it will run through February 9th.This is one of the premier cinematic events in the country, and all the eyes of the Global Film World will be focused in this city during these 11 days.

This year’s film festival will screen nearly 200 movies from more than 60 nations. The festival will honor impeccable personas like, Oprah Winfrey, Emma Thompson, Cate Blanchett, Martin Scorsese, Leonardo DiCaprio, Robert Redford and Jared Leto. Cate Blanchett has been selected for the ‘Outstanding Performer of the Year’ award, and David O Russel will receive the recognition for ‘Outstanding Director of the Year’.
